میخواستم جواب (ام ار ای) رو برام تفسیر کنید این (ام ار ای ) مال مادرمه ( از ناحیه کمر) وچون برای دو هفته بعد ویزیت دکترشه میخواستم جوابش رو زود بفهمم البته من خودم ترجمه کردم یه چیزهایی فهمیدم اما میخواستم مطمئا بشم لطفا راهنماییم کنید

Lumber spine
In the MRI examination of lumber spine with t1 & t2 se & ge sequences(multiplanar):
The lumber spine show a smooth lordotic curve with a normal promontory angle.the bony spinal canal displays normal with.the vertebral bodies are normal in their number ,shap ,and interrelationships.
Miltilevel diskal dehydration is seen .focal hemangioma at the L3 vertebral body is in consideration disk space narrowing and postrodiskal protrusion at the L3 –L4 & L5-S1 level are seen.
The conus medullaris terminatese normally at the L1 level and divides in to its filaments . ther imaged soft tissues show no abnormalities.
Ultrasonography of the uterus is suggested

مشخص نکردید که بیمار چه علایمی داشته که این ام آر آی درخواست شده است، با این حال مواردی که وجود دارد :
– همانژیوم (توده های عروقی) در ناحیه L3
– بیرون زدگی (هرنی) دیسک در نواحی L3 – L4 و L5 – S1
– همانژیوم (توده های عروقی) در ناحیه L3
– بیرون زدگی (هرنی) دیسک در نواحی L3 – L4 و L5 – S1
حال باید شرح حالی از بیمار بدهید تا مشخص شود یافته های رادیولوژی با علایم بالینی بیمار تطابق دارد یا خیر
